We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website by means of email harvesting programs or other technical devices. Please note that any violation is subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
No person shall collect email addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects email addresses from a website that explicitly states its refusal of such collection.
No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
No person shall use email addresses for transmitting information while knowing that their collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs 1 and 2.
Article 65-2 (Penalty Provisions) Any person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
A person who takes technical measures in violation of Article 50 (4).
A person who transmits advertising information for profit in violation of Article 50 (6).
A person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses email addresses for transmitting information in violation of Article 50-2.
